TAOIST YOGA DVDs

The exercises on these DVDs are instructed by either Lyssa or her husband Ron Holt. (They are both certified instructors). We recommend starting with Level I and moving to the other levels when you feel ready. These classes are only available on a DVD that can be played in a standard DVD player or computer with DVD player. They are not available in video.

Y1 - CHIYOGA BASICS Level I (Lyssa) - Simple, basic exercises are introduced that include a simple form of Korean yoga as well as breathing exercises and energy training. Some philosophy is also discussed briefly. Great for a body tune up. On DVD only. (Length is approximately 1 hour). $20 includes shipping in the USA. Foreign shipping, add $5.

Y2 - CHIYOGA BASICS LEVEL 2 (Lyssa) - Lyssa presents the next level of this training with slightly harder exercises and the introduction of posture training called Sleeping Tiger (as mentioned in tape #209). Y3 - CHIYOGA BASICS LEVEL 3 (Ron) - Ron offers an even more challenging class with a longer period for physical exercise and slightly more difficult exercises. Sleeping Tiger is also practiced. This DVD is recommended for those who are comfortable with Level 2. On DVD only. (Length is approximately 75 minutes). $20 includes shipping. Foreign shipping, add $5.

Y4 - YANG TAO (Lyssa) - This class was created by Ron Holt and has been taught by Lyssa and Ron since 2000. Based on the fundamentals of martial arts and ki gong, it rapdily builds energy in the body and moves it through the meridians in both a dynamic and passive way. The class is conducted in a sacred style and is great for stress relief, rejuvenation, and reconnection with the Higher Self. This DVD is recommended only for those who are comfortable with Levels 2 and 3 of the Body Tao Basics and are ready to move to the next level. Y6 - CHAKRA QIGONG (Lyssa) - This DVD set was specifically created for students taking Lyssa's channeled workshop called Pleiadian Metaphysics. It consists of a series of easy postures combined with breathwork to balance the energy of the chakras and bring more prana/chi into the body's meridian system in a gentle way. Posture modifications are given for all flexibility levels and anyone can participate in these powerful exercises. The 2-DVD set consists of a beginner level practice and an intermediate level practice, with instructions for each posture. $35 includes both DVDs plus shipping within the USA.
